Torture Report

Posted on December 30, 2014 at 5:55 PM Comments comments (0)

Torture, the next logical step in a war where an empire intrudes into the affairs of unwitting nations. These actions sound similar to the tactics used by Nazi Germany against those who refused to kowtow.

Recently I have had the displeasure of reading about the report of CIA torture techniques, their fruitless results and the potential political fallout. Johnnie (war monger) McCain was quick to refute the actions of the CIA.

McCain states, “I know from personal experience that the abuse of prisoners will produce more bad than good intelligence…”, “I know that victims of torture will offer intentionally misleading information if they think their captors will believe it. I know they will say whatever they think their torturers want them to say if they believe it will stop their suffering. Most of all, I know the use of torture compromises that which most distinguishes us from our enemies, our belief that all people, even captured enemies, possess basic human rights, which are protected by international conventions the U.S. not only joined, but for the most part authored.”

But Johnnie isn’t traipsing about the world and occupying other countries, he’s just violating the non-interventionist principles that our country was founded upon by always pushing for more military engagements. If we weren’t there swatting at the hornets’ nest we wouldn’t get stung. According to you, we have become the terrorists that we set out to fight. We’ve evolved into the evil you folks crusade against; what does that say about the policies you and the rest of the global dominators espouse? Specifically, it’s that those policies are a sign of a corrupted mind, and would be so even if they were effective. A new course needs to be charted, one that is deviates drastically from the old course: stop intervening, stop influencing, and stop bribing. You can’t lambaste the bad guy who tortures and praise the good guy whose drone-fired missiles assassinate ISIS and Al Qaida leaders along with hundreds of innocents. Either way you are the bad guy!

Now Johnnie admits that the government is a bunch of liars and will cover up their misdeeds.

“There was considerable misinformation disseminated then about what was and wasn’t achieved using these methods in an effort to discourage support for the legislation. There was a good amount of misinformation used in 2011 to credit the use of these methods with the death of Osama bin Laden. And there is, I fear, misinformation being used today to prevent the release of this report, disputing its findings and warning about the security consequences of their public disclosure.”

Since you are one of these governmental tools I believe you are no different and will lie to cover your slimy actions and ambition for power. You can throw the CIA under the bus, but you are no better. They tortured people we call “enemy’, you torture people we call “citizen”. How you ask? By sending them into harm’s way to get crippled, maimed, or killed in unconstitutional actions. Your push for military intervention and those with you have created more enemies, both home and abroad, than can be forgiven in three generations. One word, STOP!

Johnnie claims there may be fallout from the CIA actions,

“Will the report’s release cause outrage that leads to violence in some parts of the Muslim world? Yes, I suppose that’s possible, perhaps likely. Sadly, violence needs little incentive in some quarters of the world today. But that doesn’t mean we will be telling the world something it will be shocked to learn. The entire world already knows that we waterboarded prisoners. It knows we subjected prisoners to various other types of degrading treatment. It knows we used black sites, secret prisons. Those practices haven’t been a secret for a decade.

“Terrorists might use the report’s re-identification of the practices as an excuse to attack Americans but they hardly need an excuse for that. That has been their life’s calling for a while now.”

For once Johnnie, you are right. They don’t need the actions of the CIA to incite them. You and your ilk have already done a great job of it. For decades you have pushed to expand the empire for “greater good” and “democracy”. Aside from gaining thousands of enemies and a huge debt we have accomplished little, and I can only hope the American people get wise and remove vile hate-driven slugs like you from office. Your policies in no way make our borders safe nor protect anyone within our country; I believe they provide just the opposite.

I want to live a life of peace in a free land. Your policies and beliefs offer neither. You are quick to take from others for your own ends and twisted desires, but when it comes full circle and the alphabet groups start acting as viciously as any other conquering nation throughout history, you squeal. This is just a corollary of your war mongering. There is no moral high ground with this one Johnnie, either you want war or you don’t. With war, you get ALL the ugly that comes with it and “we the people” get the fallout. It is beyond time to cut our losses and end the interventionist polices.

Government

This is a subject that tends to bring about division and hard feelings between those who see government as a positive force and those who consider it a necessary evil, but it’s an important discussion. I’ll try to explain what my view is. I’ll focus on the federal government, as it is by far the most far-reaching and powerful body we have to deal with today. Naturally, this raises a whole slew of questions, like do we need government? If so, how much, and where? What, if anywhere, is its limit?

These questions, and many others, were posed and discussed in the early years of our country by federalists and anti-federalists in the debate over constitutional ratification; but many believe that times have so changed that the original ideas no longer apply, therefore the government they forged needs to change too. I wholly disagree with both this reasoning and this argument. As I see it, if government is administered appropriately and proportionally, as the Constitution envisioned, the only changes are local. If and when situations arise that the Framers did not anticipate, they can be addressed by the mechanism of amendment built into the Constitution, not by redefining 18th century terms with a 21st century dictionary, or bypassing the whole thing with policy changes or executive orders.

All right, let’s start by asking whether we need government at all? While we’ve no little experience of governments run amok, and anarchy has a point, sadly, I believe that we do. Perhaps the day will come that human beings are entirely rational, ethical, and unselfish; but that day is not today. If people did not have greed, covetousness, or lust then I would agree that anarchy – having no government – would work. If that were the state of human existence then we would live in a cooperative society and anarchy would be quite the natural order. However, humanity is not free of such character flaws and through them, we bring harm to others; violate their natural rights of life, and property, and reputation; so we do need government to protect those rights.

Of course, governmental protection means force: do as authority prescribes, or else. Laws do not enable you to do anything, because you are naturally free to do whatever you like. Laws only restrict your inborn freedom, either by forbidding something that was once open to you, or requiring something that was once optional. Of course, government power cannot compel obedience to the laws it enacts, only punish their disobedience; thus government finally comes down to forceful coercion.

The founders of our country understood that people are flawed, and that government was needed, so they combined a few systems of to try to meet that need, ultimately giving us our constitutional republic. Our government was designed to be limited, especially at the federal level, giving the greatest power to the states and the people; power which was to stop at the property boundary. The paradox is that, since we are flawed, anything we create is flawed as well; so we are forever forced to amend and correct what we have done. For example, initially the constitution didn’t include a Bill of Rights to spell out specific things the government could not stop or regulate; but, of course, being flawed beings we have twisted even that. We read this document written hundreds of years ago according to how we use and understand its words today – not as they were originally. Instead of preserving what the Bill of Rights was intended to say we have used our current definitions of words against it, so the meaning of that document has changed.

One of the constitutional amendments I would offer would specifically state that the Federalist/Non-federalist papers are to be used as the defining documents for any interpretation of the constitution. For example, those papers would completely alter how the “Commerce Clause” has been twisted over time. The founders viewed “Commerce” as the movement of goods but we have redefined it as the exchange of currency. Both are examples of commerce but originally money wasn’t used for everything, people bartered, goods or service for goods or service, so restricting commerce to just the exchange of currency was never the intent. The intent was to keep one state from imposing restrictions against the movement goods of another state. Apparently, they were trying to stop monopolies and ensure free trade. I would also repeal the sixteenth and seventeenth amendments as well, because these two have probably caused the most damage to the wealth and the individual financial growth our country and its citizens. I would like to have the “Rule of Precautionary Principle” – that basically holds, when any law or action has the potential of creating harm to people or the environment, the government has to decide on the side of the people – imposed upon all governmental actions as a constitutional amendment. However, it is more than merely reining in government that is required; what’s needed is the reduction of government as well.

We agree that government is required; now we need to find how much and where it should be located. I believe with Thomas Jefferson that we need as little government as possible, much less than exists today, and what there is of it should be local. Local government, city or county, is best situated to handle the issues of its citizens, while the federal government cannot take the subtle details of local matters into consideration, because it must enact laws that encompass the entire country. Such wide-reaching legislation cannot help but be inapplicable or irrelevant to many localities, or even in conflict with local laws and ordinances. Federal law then must be modified to permit exceptions where locally they do not apply or are in conflict; and once you make an exception, you have found a flaw. The law that was, I assume, passed to solve some problem now creates problems of its own. In our current system, instead of repealing flawed laws, we pass more laws to fix them; and the circle grows bigger because the corrections are also flawed and need correction. Not only is this ridiculously inefficient, typically it brings about unintended consequences that harm the very ones that the laws are intended to protect. The positive advantage of local governments is that they are closer to the problem, and can work quicker and less expensively than can the federal government. Local government also allows the people easy access to its proceedings, so that they may participate in their own regulation, and express their desires or grievances, without great expense or hardship.

One of the many effects of the federal overreach is the dilution of property rights. Most think that they still can do as they like with what is their own property, but when you consider that government should end at the edge of the boundary of your property it does not (I don’t think I get what you’re saying here). We not only have government at all levels telling us what we can and cannot do with our property, but it also has gone so far as to tell us what property we can buy, and force us to buy goods or services we may neither want nor desire. Why are many required to grow grass, or else? Why are many not allowed to grow certain trees, operate a small business from their homes or even grow their own food? These are all liberties reserved to the people under the original understanding of property rights. Do you realize that, because of taxation, you can never really own your land? With property taxes on the books, you are nothing more than a tenant that can be forcibly removed if you do not pay the realm what it demands. If you truly owned that property, it could not be taken from you; but it can – not as punishment for some crime, but only to feed the growing monster of Government.

Constitutionally, the federal government is restricted to eight specific duties – why then is it so large? Much of the reason has to do with reinterpreting the meaning of the constitution, created with good intentions for the betterment of all or under the “General welfare” clause. Other reasons are the simple lust for power under the guise of safety measures, personal greed in those with access to the public purse, and political need to appear strong and useful. Originally, it was planned that the federal government would be the “face” of our country in our dealings with international issues, responsible for defense against attack and hindrance to trade, ensure that the states work together, and a few other big- picture tasks; leaving the true governing power to the states and the people. Now, the people are left powerless, the states are fighting hard to hold their ground and the federal government is interfering in everything. My belief is that the real impulse for increased federalism started with Lincoln. His sincere but politically driven obsession that the Union overrode the rights of the states fostered the idea that nationalism is more important, and greater, than any locality or individual. A socialistic, monarchical, and collectivist perspective that, one piece at a time and step-by-step, let more and more regulation and power move toward Washington.

So now, a hundred and fifty years later, we are inundated. The people are at the point of violent recourse in many of our cities where civil unrest is at an all-time high, and the populace is more miserable than during the Great Depression. The government is implementing a police state, resembling that of fascism, which needs only the excuse of one serious incident to have Homeland Security impose virtual martial law and disembowel the remainder of our constitutionally guaranteed rights. One thing is for sure: a guarantee is nothing more than words, an empty promise, without the capacity of force. Force is what truly provides the guarantee because when force is set against you, you need to use force to take it back. Sadly, as a people, we have forgotten the lesson learned so long ago, the lesson that force keeps you free. A lesson that, one day in the not too distant future will cost the lives of thousands, maybe millions. My desire is to stop that from happening by pushing to rescind the myriad actions by which the federal government has chipped away our rights, our freedoms, and the very framework of our country. We can start this by removing all laws and regulations that have exceptions to them. If a law is created that does not apply to ALL, public and private, corporate and citizen, then it is not a just law and cannot be enforced.

There is so much more on this topic but this is where this stops.

Division

Posted on December 8, 2014 at 2:05 AM Comments comments (0)

Division is not just a mathematical function it is something we do, consciously and subconsciously, throughout our lives. Our brain is wired to make sense of the world around us and in order to do so it categorizes and compartmentalizes the things we see and sense around us. As preschoolers this process occurs naturally, as we play, and in watching and listening to those around us; our parents, most notably. As we grow, learning becomes more formalized: religious teacher, coaches, and Scout leaders all present us with rules to be followed; but the overarching source of what we’re required to take in throughout our youth is our indoctrinating school system.

American society is not only fragmented by gender, race, sexual orientation, economic class, political beliefs, geography, etc, etc; but also by a deliberate atmosphere of fear – and of all the things that divide us, Fear is the big one. These divisions not only shape the way we think and react, they also subtly mold our mental processes and even define the Truth that we seek.

Despite a lifetime of listening and watching, I never really understood how or why so many fall prey to this divisive mindset, until I became aware of how much our government is involved in, and profits by, perpetuating these divisions, which not only slice us up into groups, but then pit one group against another by creating separate laws defining these divisions. Often, these ‘protective’ actions – Affirmative Action, DOMA, the Brady Law to name a few – create animosity because in this special treatment anger is created on one side that leads to fear on the other and, once again, our government seizes the opportunity to quell the fear by creating yet more laws defining yet other special groups to keep them safe. This whole practice is insane and damaging to freedom. “We the People” is quite clear. We need not be known by any other tag. We need not create any laws that cannot apply to all for if we do those laws are unjust because it creates a separation of “the People” and forces a dis-uniting.

Many years ago, through the actions and writings of Edward Bernays, our government learned that this feature of the mind, the inborn urge to sort and categorize – as well as other psychological techniques (brainwashing’;) – could be used as a control mechanism. Since the ruling elite, who are few in number, require something that will maintain their control over us, using our mental make-up and egos is actually quite brilliant. Considering that the United States contains over 300 million people patrolled by militarized forces of a few hundred thousands. The government needs something more; and fear gives them the leverage, the control, they need.

In a cooperative society, fear logically would not be present because government would not insinuate itself as the ‘protector’ of fractional groups, just the People. Though I am not a fan of Lincoln he was right about one thing, “United we stand, divided we fall”. Sadly, we have fallen, fallen dupe to the propaganda of lies, deceit, and secrecy that surrounds our current bastardized government.

I will admit that in my youth I was rushing headlong into the national collectivism, and fell victim to its propaganda; but I never saw people as different. Maybe I was just naïve, but that long list of our divisions never entered my world until I was beyond high school. Thankfully, as I matured and became more aware I saw through the lies and deceit, and discovered for myself that we are just one people – and that the rest of those categorizations meant nothing.

I learned decades ago that history is written by the victors, and therefore that truth is obscured or re-written. It has become so bad that even the alterations of factual, textbook history, though widely known and recognized as wrong or incomplete, go uncorrected because those in power quietly use such falsehoods to maintain the culture of fear and the dis-unity of our society that, were it truly united once again, would mean the end of their control.

At every turn we are flooded with news engineered to evoke our fear response, we hear about this boogey man, that our government trained/backed/supplied, or that there exists some horrible disease that has killed less people than car accidents but when it is spun up, our fear trigger is evoked and we start looking for the safe haven that our educational system has programmed us to believe only our government can provide. Fear is a powerful friend when backed by the immediate fact of danger, as it may keep you from doing risky things; but when it is a trumped-up fear, then your instinct to keep safe, actually hinders your making logical decisions and appropriate actions. Remember, fear is just an emotion it is not anything real and may not reflect reality. Fear is not danger, though danger can evoke fear, and that emotion does not need to be born upon fact to fire the psychological triggers.

The last thing that the people of this country need is more law, more government, and more fear. We can end this cycle of fear; and if we do, we will end the overbearing bloated national government. It is time to take it back, by the people…by the United People of the United States.

Your voice

Posted on December 8, 2014 at 2:00 AM Comments comments (0)

From the moment, you are born, or there about, you express yourself vocally. You express your desires and needs with force without realizing any threat of repercussions. As you grow, you develop a sense of self and discover that you can control the world around with just your voice. Even at a young age, you begin the journey to independence and start showing your individuality, all the while honing and expanding your world with your voice.

As time passes and you move into your teen years you find that your voice may be muffled by indoctrination and pressures to conform to behavior expected of young adults, who will blindly follow the fads and fashions of their peers. At some point, though, you will again resume your struggle for individuality and independence. Once more your voice is heard and again it changes your world.

In time, if you’ve been schooled enough, you’re anointed as educated by your indoctrinating body, and released to go out to become a conforming worker in the world. Although you’re largely self-defining in your late teens and early twenties, you still live in a world where conformity is coerced instead of voluntary, and even charity can be a crime. To voice protest or dissent seems a waste of time, many believe that their voice has no effect. But there may come a point where you realize that by speaking out you can influence public issues, beyond your private world, but it takes effort and energy to do so effectively to make your voice heard. After all, having spent your entire life using you voice to make the world like you want it to be, how can you just switch it off on this one topic. Huh??

As we mature, our convictions may be shaped more by age, wisdom, or experience than the formal educational of our early years, as our world expands from greater exposure to life’s situations and explorations both actual and virtual. All these interactions, and experiences, change your voice. It changes the way you view and interact with the world; it changes you, whether you realize it or not, and that change is expressed in your voice.

I guess we need to examine question of just what your voice is? If asked, most will detail their vocal abilities or give some biomechanical description of the human vocal system. Though this is true in a narrow sense, a comprehensive description of your voice is more than mere words or songs or the biomechanics of the vocal chords. Your voice can also be your ability to affect the world through action. Gesticulations, facial expressions, writing, the arts – even your fashion choices, the brand/color/type of car you drive, your friends, and career choices are all expressions of your voice. How can one topic, this one choice through all the ones you make throughout the years be unworthy of your time?

So now we must ask why it is that, roughly, 40% of those eligible to vote aren’t even registered? There are anarchists who will never participate, of course; but they are a tiny fraction of the unregistered 40%. We must answer this question, because if there were full participation the electoral system would no longer be under the control of the 2-party fiasco. Life has taught us that we can influence the world around us with our voice in many different ways; and we need to discover why, every two years, so many people refuse to voice their opinion.

After running three campaigns for office, I have a little insight into the matter, and what I have found to be most common is simple disdain toward the system. They have given up. These people really believe that they can have no influence on the outcomes and have accepted that they will never be represented, in short, they have submitted to slavery though I am sure no one has ever presented it to them in that way.

This mindset is a complete reversal of doing what people have done all their lives, expressing their voice. Since birth, we strive to have the world hear us and fulfill our desires and, in some small bits, we see a positive outcome from these efforts. So why is it that in most every other part of life, people will voice their opinions and manage their affairs without hesitation, and then fall silent when it comes to voting? How do we reach these people and have them believe that they CAN affect our government’s path in one election cycle? Has cynical partisan propaganda, political corruption and lies, or even just the stress and strain of life so altered their view of government that they can’t ever see a positive outcome? These folks are easy to find, the real question is, how do we reach them?

As a candidate, I let people know I am just a person who wants to help put this country on the right path – the path to personal freedom and individual responsibility – and I am using the map the founders gave us to find my way.

I know my voice delivers a message that most cannot believe because their experience tells them things cannot change, the government cannot be reined in. To that I say nuts! The only reason government has power is because we fearfully follow its edicts, convinced both that we’ll be punished if we disobey, and that we are so threatened by bad people (gangs, illegal aliens, terrorists, zombies, etc.) that we need the government to shield us. But let’s say that that 40% of non-voters were NOT to pay their taxes and truly refuse to participate in the system. I say something would happen quickly, and it would not be arrests; it would be change because together their voices would be heard.

Let us find a way of allowing this disenfranchised segment of the population have their voices heard on Election Day, engage to 40%! If you are one of the 40%, the only person holding you back is you. We have the ability to make a difference, a real transformation or we can maintain our inaction, follow along the same path and watch our freedom be replaced with control under the guise of fictional protection.

It is time to take it back, by the people…

Caught again, so fire the NSA head

Posted on November 11, 2013 at 1:25 PM Comments comments (0)

So Big bad Johnnie wants the head of the NSA fired for spying on the German Chancellor stating,

“Friends spy on friends, we all know that, but there have to be certain boundaries,” Mr McCain said. “Those boundaries were probably, to some degree, there because we didn’t have the capabilities we have now. But when you go to the point where you invade someone’s privacy, the leader of certainly Europe, if not one of the foremost leaders in the world, Angela Merkel, then it was a mistake.”

It is amazing to me that he firmly believes that, excluding the elite leaders of our country, it is okay to spy on every American while spying on the leaders of another nation off limits. It is apparent Johnnie lacks the knowledge of the principles that this country was founded upon. The 4th amendment is very clear yet he is one of the champions of destroying our constitutionally guaranteed rights.

He goes so far as to blame the President for NOT apologizing for actions of his administration while Johnnie here sits on the committees that run the NSA. The attitude I pick up from him is that the NSA chief should be fired for getting caught and nothing more. If this hadn’t of come to become public knowledge would Johnnie still ask for him to resign, my guess would be a resounding NO.

From the article,

”Mr McCain, a former presidential candidate who sits on both the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, said the allegations of phone tapping had overstepped “certain boundaries”.

Hey Johnnie, as stated in the 4th amendment, without a proper warrant, ALL phone tapping is overstepping boundaries. The only distinction is whether a warrant does or doesn’t exist. So I am curious, what are those “certain boundaries” and who determines what they are if we are to forgo the constitution?

This is another clear example of why this oligarchy elitist needs to have his reign of terror brought to an end!

And WAR-master McCain calls for War AGAIN

Posted on August 27, 2013 at 12:35 AM Comments comments (0)

Recently in the news McCain has been barking about playing the white knight with the lives and money of the American people in Syria. It's so sad to have someone who is supposed to represent my state always try to represent others in another country. Hey Johnnie, NOT YOU'RE BUSINESS! As sad as it is, these actions are not occurring in the United States and it is time for you to realize that Syria is not within our country. You want war in the guise to make peace, then you fund it and you find volunteers that didn't swear to their lives for THIS country.

It is stated in this article,

“Using stand-off weapons, without boots on the ground, and at minimal risk to our men and women in uniform, we can significantly degrade Assad’s air power and ballistic missile capabilities and help to establish and defend safe areas on the ground,” Mr. McCain and Mr. Graham said in a joint statement. “In addition, we must begin a large-scale effort to train and equip moderate, vetted elements of the Syrian opposition with the game-changing weapons they need to shift the military balance against Assad’s forces.”

I get it, lets invade another country and how many more enemies we can create with the "collateral damage" that occurs in bombing and missile attacks. How many more of our kids have to come home crippled physically and mentally until this whole "save the world" crusade ends. Its not the job of the United States to be the world police nor is it the responsibility of the American people to fund your endless crusades. You guys are effing INSANE! All this war mongering is going to come and haunt us, mark my words the next attack on this country will be in direct response for creating death and destruction in another country.

In this article, Johnnie goes on about losing credibility across the world.

"And if the United States stands by, and doesn't take very serious action, not just launching some cruise missiles, then again, our credibility in the world is diminished even more, if there is any left."

Johnnie, I believe our credibility has been lost throughout the world because you'd rather kill everyone that doesn't follow your path instead of becoming their partners. What does it matter what their religion or political views are? If we are trading with them there is a mutual advantage to maintain that relationship. You can't beat everyone into submission and think there won't be a price to pay. Though I truly want to believe you are smarter than that but time and again you prove what a dumb-ass you are by making foolish statements and always being the aggressor.

Here we continue to read the diatribe of a single minded hate machine.

“Now is the time for decisive actions. The United States must rally our friends and allies to take limited military actions in Syria that can change the balance of power on the ground and create conditions for a negotiated end to the conflict and an end to Assad’s rule."

Change the balance of power he says. Sounds like nation building and deciding who deserves to be in power. It not a matter for the United States so why get involved. Oh yah, its American interests. Well what the F are these American interests? If the middle east went to hell in a hand basket we would be forced to source our energy from the ground here in the U.S. which we all know there is plenty of so I ask again, what are the interests? If its not oil or minerals, what can it be?

There is also this statement,

“The United States has sat on the sidelines for too long as the conflict in Syria has taken the lives of more than 100,000 Syrians and turned millions more into refugees, including 1 million children..."

I truly feel horrible for what is going on but keep in mind, not one life lost was American and I'd like to keep it that way. Johnnie hire an army of mercenaries with your own money and go to war but leave the U.S. out!

In this article Johnnie tells us the cost of war is cheap. Lives are free and its not his money so who cares.

"When does the United States, with very little cost, stand up for these people and stop this horrific - you can't look at those pictures without being deeply moved. Are we just going to let that go on?"

Cruise missile - $1.4M/each, Afghanistan conflict - $300M/day, Iraq $814B and climbing. Hey Johnnie, which one of these are cheap? You arrogant asshole, its not your money! You are one of the main causes for the theft of the fruits of my labor and I want it to end. Get off the "blow-em all up and let God sort them out" mentality. Maybe you should be on the receiving end so we can move to a time of peace.

"We could take out the runways and take out the 40 or 50 aircrafts they're using which is dominating the battlefields in the towns and the cities and we can supply the right kind of weapons to rebels to establish a no fly zone by using...moving patriot missiles up to the border," McCain assured that all those steps could be done without putting "a single (American) life at risk."

Anytime you place our troops or aircraft in a tactical situation there are no guarantees, only a deceitful snake would make such a statement. What have you become omniscient? You have a little magic crystal ball Mr Wizard? Get over it, there are no guarantees except that the tax payers will be on the hook for Billions more and American lives will be damaged or destroyed. That is what war is all about!

Now McCain wants to produce another historic failure

Posted on August 22, 2013 at 12:50 AM Comments comments (0)

Johnnie is the co-sponsor of a bill named Currency Optimization, Innovation and National Savings, the COINS Act. In this he wants to move to the dollar coin. Is this guy a nimrod or what? After all the futile attempts to push the dollar coin as a new member of the fiat currency market he just doesn't get it. People haven't and still don't want it. His claim that it'll save $13.8B over 30 years is an asinineargument. Hey Johnnie, want to save $30B in a year? Bring our troops home and quit stirring the pot trying to create the next round of "terrorists" for us to attack. You spew these words about "American Interests" yet you NEVER listen to the American people. Hey dumb-ass, WE DON'T WANT IT!

It has been reported that 76% of Americans do not want this coin but that means nothing to that RINO. Johnnie's logic for this is so strippers can make larger tips. Are you kidding me? We all know that you have switched parties but your desires are so far outside the norm that I believe you may need a psychological evaluation.

If your true desire is to reduce the cost of money production why don't you just back existing laws and license private firms for the production of the valueless currency? Most don't know this but prior to the 20th century private production of currency was commonplace. Still today this is in practice in Hong Kong, Scotland, Ireland, and Macao. Wouldn't it make more sense to use the free markets to print out the fiat currency where we could introduce competition, bring innovation and take away the monopoly in currency production. I would bet that this would likely save more money over 30 years than the creation of some coin. Come on Johnnie, for once show some sense.

So folks, if you don't want those heavy coins jingling in your pocket be sure to call or email your federal representatives and let them know this is a hugely BAD idea. Tell them to say NO to the COINS Act. There is another good article about this here.

Johnnie wants more War, in Syria

Posted on August 17, 2013 at 9:00 PM Comments comments (0)

In this article Johnnie refuses to agree to continue the appointment of Army Gen. Martin Dempsey for a second term. Johnnie, for all his desire to keep secrets of the state, wants the general to divulge military planning and strategy in a public forum. Johnnie, aren't you the guy who wants to charge people with treason for presenting the truth of our governments law breaking yet you demand a general to divulge military secrets? How can you live on both side of the fence without getting cut in half?

Dempsey in his testimony before the Armed Services Committee stated the he would,

"let this committee know what my recommendations are at the appropriate time."

Now here is a general telling a committee to wait because no decision has been made and that the information will be shared once that occurs. How is that not answering Johnnie? Johnnie's decision to hold the appointment has little to do with knowledge but has a lot to do with the general not cowering at the awesomeness that is McCain. Hey Johnnie, get over yourself.

"I'd like to understand the plan to make peace before we start a war," Dempsey told reporters.

Which is a diametrically opposite view from war monger Johnnie "big guns" McCain who believes we should be in the mix throwing our military weight around controlling the actions of other nations through force. A man who is pressing Obama for a no-fly zone and engaging the Syrian forces directly. This guy want war so bad and he is willing to throw other peoples lives into battle at a drop of a hat and for what? He claims it is for American interests but what specifically are these interests? Has he ever once said what they were or do we believe that the generalizations he throws into the mix bear any weight to reality? I believe he is looking out for corporate interests at the demise of everyday citizens and the financial stability of our nation. If corporations need defending then they can hire guns for protection and not use the services of the military of the United States! Our young people are not pawns so some corporation can make their quarterly profit statement!

Johnnie, just go away and shut up...it's time!

End Egypt Military Funding

Posted on August 17, 2013 at 8:30 PM Comments comments (0)

Seems like Johnnie and his good buddy Lindsey Graham are siding with Rand Paul on the call to end the military aid for Egypt. Finally Johnnie, you got one right but for absolutely the WRONG reasons. The two sent out a joint statement on Friday saying,

“The interim civilian government and security forces – backed up, unfortunately, by the military – are taking Egypt down a dark path, one that the United States cannot and should not travel with them."

Maybe that path would never have come into fruition if we weren't meddling in affairs that weren't those of the United States. Maybe if we stopped trying to control the policies, through puppet governments, many of the issues facing the world today would not exist. Maybe all the military involvement, a billion dollar defense budget, and untold damages to millions of people would end if you'd back the F#$k out of other nations business.

The two continued with,

“We cannot be complicit in the mass slaughter of civilians,” McCain and Graham continued. “We urge the Obama Administration to suspend U.S. assistance to Egypt and make clear to the current leadership of the country what steps we believe are necessary to halt Egypt’s descent into civil conflict and ultimately to restore our assistance relationship, which has historically served U.S. national security interests.”

Notice nothing is said about the mass slaughter and suffering of American lives through these polices. Nothing is said about a atrocities our government has done to it's own people through human experimentation. We only focus on the things done by other military regimes in other countries while being manipulated through misinformation and the continual contentious environment created by our government.

The entire article can be read here.

Johnnie, please give up this charade of being humanities hero. You are a war monger and love to send other peoples kids to fight and die. It is globalists like you that destroy the sovereignty of this country and the international perception of the United States. You, and those like you, are the creators of hatred and inventors of perpetual war. We are waking up to these antics and slowly the people of this country are going to defy these efforts. If you want a war, reach into your pocket to fund it and hire mercenaries to fight it but leave our kids alone.

Mr Perfect in Trouble with the Law

Posted on August 17, 2013 at 8:20 PM Comments comments (0)

It has been report that Senator Johnnie McCain has dodged or circumvented his responsability in the reporting of his campaign finacing for his 2008 presidential run. Millions of dollars in the mix yet the fine is meerly $100k. Seems like a slap on the wrist for this "accounting" error. My beliefs is they took the risk knowing that the gain vs loss was beneficial. See the filing here and the main article here.

Kind of amazing this proponent of following the law doesn't. Those that are above the law often disregard laws with a slap on the wrist where the rest of us would go to jail for. Well played Johnnie...

Johnnie speaks on Immigration reform

Posted on August 14, 2013 at 1:25 AM Comments comments (0)

I have been reading a number of articles where Johnnie claims to be doing what is right by creating a very difficult path to citizenship with enhanced border protection. Keep selling Johnnie remember, according to Hitler, if you say it long enough it will become true even if it isn't.

"McCain went over the general provisions of the bill: people would have to pay fines, learn English and get in back of the line to become U.S. citizens. The border would also need to be secured." Full Article here

After reading all the bunk you shovel I find that there is one thing you never touch on, the reason why many of these families came here. It wasn't for a greater opportunity, religious freedom, or any other worthy cause but it was for all the free stuff, the give aways, the social programs. As long as we have a welfare state the influx of those who are here for the wrong reasons will continue. Where is the discussion about the failed drug war where our policy on drugs has created a black market where evil and violence are prone to happen. You push real hard on managing the consequences but NEVER touch on the cause. Isn't the drug war responsible for making our south border a war zone? Will a wall stop it? We can't keep drugs out of prisons so what makes you think a wall or electronic monitoring is going to change the monitary push in the black market?

I also challenge you on the great wall across the border. In most places of the world, armed and patrolled great walls weren't built to keep people out but they were built to keep people in. Our country was founded on immigration and should aspire to getting more immigrants to continue the diversification of the nation. All I read and here from you is more population control and problem management instead treating the cause. Johnnie, you fail me.

I understand the issue is greater than black and white and in some efforts I applaud you for trying to use common sense but I am sure it was quite difficult for you. I find it intriguing though that in all the things you taut nothing is said about restricting/losing voting rights or having the ability to collect from social programs while these people are in the actions of gaining citizenship. Very odd.

I am concerned when you stated,

“I don’t think that any legislation that is a series of compromises that need to be made is perfect, but I also would submit to you that …”

Isn't that similar to Nancy Pelosi's statement on Obama Care where she said something to the effect that "we have to pass the law to see what's in it"? This ridiculous statement brings about more distrust in your fake propaganda act than anything you have done that pushes to erode our constitutional rights. I'm not even going to start, in this diatribe, your desires to erode our 2nd amendment rights. Please take your side show elsewhere because if this legislation was good, all it would take is for someone to read it and they would accept it where it wouldn't need a sales pitch or dog and pony show.

I also have grave concerns how this legislation could be turned, as with all modern legislation, into a national ID registration where we have to show our papers just to walk down the street. I know you personally have those desires for that type of control but I will not stand idly by as you lie to make it happen.

Arizona’s Capitol Hill delegation could send an “important” message that the state has moved past immigration controversies by unanimously backing a comprehensive border-reform package, Sen. John McCain said Monday. Full article here

Funny Johnnie, the whole issue would not even exist if the federal government didn't enact polices to create this issue. Do you truly believe that creating more laws, which by the way are things that tell you what you can't do, you can fix an issue that laws created? If the laws that created this issue are to blame then wouldn't common sense tell you to remove those bad laws instead of creating more? I know you think we are all stupid and need to be ruled but most of us aren't blind and would prefer a freer society without your totalitarian desires.

Nation sovereignty, not while Johnnie McCain has any say

Posted on August 9, 2013 at 9:45 PM Comments comments (0)

Grumpy old war monger McCain went on a rant today stating, based upon some off-handed interpretation of Article 52 of the UN Charter that any nation could, at their discretion, legally attack another sovereign nation as long as they informed the security counsel. I am one who believes that NATO has no business in anything but for Big Bad Johnnie to use it to justify his personal desire to war with the planet is beyond rational thought. This guy has gone senile.

Article 2(4) of the UN Charter clearly forbids the use of force in international relations. It allows only two exceptions to this prohibition: Self-defense, as provided in Article 51, and military measures authorized by the Security Council. In an excited dissertation of the ficticious loophole in the UN charter, the senator quoted a verse of an article where Anne-Marie Slaughter takes the position that "regional organizations must notify the Security Council of their actions but not necessarily seek approval."

There is nothing remotely said about using the provision to start a war. Why does he believe it is okay to gone to another land and kill? It is his kind of mentality that promotes the continual war around the world and the never ending police state here in the U.S. It certainly is doing nothing to make the United States safer. It has nothing to do with securing our borders. Why Johnnie why??

The whole article speaking about this can be found here (McCain's UN Charter Confusion)

When 2016 comes around I truly hope that people identify him for the evil soul he really is and find a candidate who believes in a reduced and limited federal government that will remove themselves from entangled alliances.

McCain, Graham Call for NATO Expansion...Here goes the war monger Johnnie "big-guns" McCain

Posted on August 9, 2013 at 12:05 AM Comments comments (0)

So, Russia decides to provide assylum to an American hero, Edward Snowden whose only act was to bring about transparency on our governments horrible actions. For this, the war mongers have declared his actions treasonous and want to prosecute him. I applaud the Russian government for protecting an honorable person who justs wants to present the TRUTH!

For the actions the action of providing a safe haven Senator Johnnie McCain stated,

“But now we must move beyond symbolic acts and take the steps necessary to establish a more realistic approach to our relations with Russia,” McCain and Graham said. “That means demonstrating to the Russian government that there will be consequences for its continued actions that undermine American national interests.”

The steps envisioned by two-thirds of the Senate’s hawkish “Three Amigos” faction include moving forward with “completion of all phases of our missile defense programs in Europe.”

This is just another glaring example of how giving people power over the lives of others turns them into war mongering beasts. I don't see Johnnie volunteering to be the next on the front lines for the next war he starts. Didn't we just finish a global stalemate with the Russians? Why would anyone in their right mind wish to start another? Oh thats right, these jerks are drunk with power and act just like out of control boozers. Hey...STOP IT! No one in the United States wants another war, if you want one then reach into your pocket, fund it, and fight it yourself.

What’s more, McCain and Graham are urging Obama to set in motion a new expansion of NATO, the post-World War II alliance establish to guard Europe against Russian aggression.

What aggression? What have they done to deserve such a statement? It is our coutry that is the bully-on-the-block, we need to check our policies instead of threatening the world with retribution.

You can read the entire article here,(McCain, Graham Call for NATO Expansion, Missile Interceptors)

When talking about his failed presidential campaign on CNN’s “The Lead.” Johnnie stated,

I looked in Vladamir Putin's eyes and saw three letter, a "K", a "G", and a "B"...“The Russians have reset, they’ve reset alright — back to about 1955,”

Isn't it statement like these that inflame and drive separation with retaliatory actions? Why must you ALWAYS pick a fight? It is way past time for your old ass to retire and get out the business of sending other peoples children off to die. I believe we all have had enough of your pompous outdated rule the world antics.

Updated 8-15-2013

Even the Russians see Johnnie for what he is, a bully looking to pick a fight. He stated that(Article here),

The Snowden affair signals 'incredibly bad relations between the United States and Russia'. He has also added that President Putin has 'put his thumb right in America’s eye.'

Keep it up Johnnie, sooner or later you'll get the fight you're looking for that others will have to die for. I believe your time has ended and you need to follow the dinosaurs into extinction.

Really, it's No surprise when ABC's Zeleny Prods McCain to Attack Fellow Republicans

Posted on August 8, 2013 at 11:45 PM Comments comments (0)

As those that know me can attest and as a recovering republican, I have no love for the gone big government republican party, Johnnie McCain, has shown his true colors as a big government thug when he attacked the only members of the republican party who have any semblance of fighting for a constitutionally constrained and sized government.

When are the "conservatives" going to realize that this guy, as long you keep voting for him, will do nothing but push for more governmental control and power. He doesn't give a damn about you or Arizona, he's in it for himself and his wealthy buddies. Don't continue to prop him up for what happened to him 40+ years ago.

Take that, freshman Republican senators! Of course, Zeleny didn’t admit it, but he is probably no fan of Sens. Cruz and Paul either. Midway through the interview, Zeleny prodded McCain to reveal his views on the new generation of Republican senators: “In recent years the turnover in the Senate has been really pretty extraordinary. More than half of the Senate is new. Is this good for the body?”

This statement says it all, Keep those old paid off professional politicians in office so they can keep growing government, raising debt, and destroying the American way of life.

McCain can only make things worse...

Posted on August 8, 2013 at 11:30 PM Comments comments (0)

In the news today was a statement...

"In a cascade of mutual recriminations over the past three days, [acting] President [Adly] Mansour and his prime minister, Hazem Biblawi, described [the] two senior American senators, sent as emissaries of President Barack Obama, as 'delusional' and 'liars.'

What can you expect from professional liars? McCain is a sham and a control freak whose only desire is to get everything bent to his beliefs and under the control of the United States and that is why Obama sent him, he's just Obama's lapdog a true liberal big government conservative.

As with everywhere in the world the interference of the United States is not welcome.

"Spokesmen for both the presidency and the prime minister immediately took umbrage, joined by an array of press commentators, who accused the two Americans of 'manufacturing facts' and 'of unwelcome interference in Egypt's internal affairs," wrote Ibrahim.

"Following a press conference in which Mr. McCain threatened sanctions, the leader of the Egyptian Popular Current Party, Hamdeen Sabahi, who is a co-leader of the ruling National Salvation Front, described Mr. McCain as a 'senile old man.'"

These and many more statements aboout the truth of the situation can be found here, (Middle East Expert: U.S.-Egypt Alliance 'On Verge of Collapse')

The statements made by our government are a classic example of what is said when the group in power does not bow to the will of our overbearing government. Our government had nothing but horrible things to say when am oppressed people stood in revolt of tyranny.

Addressing McCain and Graham via a television interview, Moussa said, "Neither of you are delegated to open the dictionary on our behalf to designate a coup from a revolution. Or course we did choose Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood companions via the ballot box, but that does not exempt them from consequences of criminal behavior."

When are we going to stop building the "one world nation" and mind our own business. We have major issues here and whatever is happening in Egypt has NO BEARING within the borders of the United States. We need to back off and let that sovereign nation work out its own problems! Democracy does not work so why do we insist on creating and forcing this style of government?

Updated 8-15-2013

In his continued push for world totalitarianism, Johnnie in an interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer said (Article here),

“We violated our own rule of law by not calling it for what it is because our law clearly states that if it’s a military coup, then aid is cut off. So initially we undercut our own values…That’s a blow to credibility.”

Hey Johnnie, get over it. It is NOT our business. Our "Rule of Law" does not apply to a foreign nation! Why don't you keep your globally instigating nose out of the business of other nations. End the stinking global welfare and these issues for our country go away.

In an article of the Aspen Daily News it is reported that Johnnie rambled more about his desire for war to make peace, to attack in the name of his politcal ideals with complete disregard for the sovereignty of other nations.

"McCain argued that it would be relatively easy to dismantle Bashar Assad’s air advantage with a handful of air strikes. Earlier U.S. intervention would have kept the conflict from spiraling to its current state, where it is threatening the stability of the entire neighborhood, he said."

And this statement depicts his true nature as a war mongering empire building interventionist,

“I guess it depends on your view of America’s role in the world,” McCain said, referring to the U.S. as “the indispensable nation.”

The whole article can be read here

Have we traveled so far from the vision that the founders of this country have bestowed upon us that we allow disgusting brutes like this speak for our great country? It is a sad state of what our nation has become. Wake up folks it's close to being too late!
